We do not accept returns on products however we do allow exchanges under specific conditions listed further down.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please provide photos of the items or wrong items and a order number. If photos and an order number are not provided or photos are not clear I will decline the exchange.
